Dr. Paul Marciano, my good friend and leading authority on employee engagement, is following up his best-selling book Carrots and Sticks Don’t Work with a new book focused on team engagement tentatively titled: SuperTeams: Using the Principles of RESPECT™ to Unleash Explosive Business Performance.

Paul is conducting a research study to help in the development of new tools to measure Team Engagement and Effectiveness and is seeking individuals and organizations to complete a survey.  Although simple to complete, it is quite comprehensive and includes 10 demographic variables, 113 multiple choice questions, and 3 open-ended questions. The survey takes the average participant 15-20 minutes to complete.  All questions are optional and responses anonymous.
