It’s supposed to be hard. If it wasn’t hard everybody would do it.
The “hard” is what makes it great.

And 20 years ago I worked briefly in the clinical research department of a major pharmaceutical company. The VP of the group was well liked and respected by all. When things got really crazy, which was often, he would remind us, “This is just another opportunity to show excellence.“
